About Us: We (Tom & Anne Ruby) have been roasting premium coffee since 1994. Tom
first learned to roast in 1993 from Teri Hope, president of Los Gatos
Coffee Roasting Company in the heart of downtown Los Gatos, CA. Teri
helped set the standard in
American specialty coffee roasting and coffee education. Today, her
business is still the town's favorite gathering place for delicious
coffee, conversation and great vibes. In the same manner, our commitment to quality, freshness and coffee roasting tradition carries on.
